We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms.

4. Usage Rights & License

Replicate the AdzCraft platform
Reverse-engineer the service
Use the service for unlawful activities
Exploit the platform for automated scraping or mass generation without permission

5. Credit System & Subscription Plans

Your usage depends on the plan you subscribe to. Each plan offers a limited number of:

Credits
Image generations
AI content generations
Retention days

When credits expire or run out, additional credits must be purchased to continue generating content.

6. Image & Content Expiration

Generated content is stored based on the user's subscription tier:

Starter: 7 Days
Pro: 30 Days
Business: 90 Days

After the expiration period, files are automatically removed from our servers.

7. AI Limitations & Accuracy

AI-generated content may occasionally be:

Incorrect
Incomplete
Inappropriate
Repetitive

Users must review all content before publishing. AdzCraft is not liable for errors in AI output.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

Use AdzCraft for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
Generate misleading, harmful, or copyrighted content
Create deepfakes or impersonations
Violate copyright laws using generated content

9. Payment, Billing & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Refunds are granted only in cases of failed service functionality, at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform code, branding, design, and AI technology belong to AdzCraft.
Users own the rights to their generated content.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Abuse the platform
Attempt to disrupt our system

You may terminate your account at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

AdzCraft is not responsible for:

Loss of data
Service interruptions
Errors in generated content
Misuse of outputs by the user
